Create your Studio Paillette account on the website www.studio-paillette.com.

Check the email you received and click on the link to validate your registration.

You are now logged in!

CHOOSE

Browse the looks and products to choose models you like.
Select an item in the size that suits you. Click on “Add to cart”, a black box will unfold on the screen.

Click on “Find products” to add other items, or on “Order” to finalize your order.

DELIVERY

Select your delivery method: hand delivery at La Caserne at 12 rue Philippe de Girard 75010 Paris (free), at a Mondial Relay point (free), or home delivery (10€).

VALIDATE

Check the legal terms. Click on “Validate my cart”.

PAY

Fill in your payment information and click on “Subscribe”.

Validate the bank authentication of the transaction on your mobile phone.

A summary of your order is displayed, with access to your invoice. You will also receive it by email.

CHOOSE THE ITEMS TO RETURN

Click on the user icon at the top right and select “My orders”.

Select each item you wish to return, then click on return to validate.

You will receive a Mondial Relay shipping label.

IN CASE OF STAIN(S)

If you stain one of the clothes by accident, don't panic.

Notify us by sending a photo to contact@studio-paillette.com, indicating the nature and location of the stain. Also, mention it in the return package. We will take care of the cleaning.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the clothes in the reusable Studio Paillette pouch in which the order was delivered to you and seal the pouch with the provided tie.

DROP OFF THE PACKAGE

Go to any Mondial Relay point.

Scan the QR code received on your phone (at points with Print Option) or print the label yourself and slip it into the transparent pouch of the package (without sticking it).

ORDER AGAIN

No delay, you can reorder whenever you want. During or after your first order, without constraint.
